Return & Refund Policy

Our policy on returns, exchanges, and refunds for Dhrisha Art products.

Standard Products

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for ready-made blouses and kurtas, provided the item is unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached.

Custom & Made-to-Order Items

Custom embroidery designs and made-to-order garments cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a manufacturing defect or error on our part.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email hello@dhrishaart.com with your order number and reason for return
  2. We will provide a return shipping address within 2 business days
  3. Ship the item back using a trackable service
  4. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the item

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged item, contact us within 48 hours with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.

International Returns

International customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective. Customs duties on returns are the customer's responsibility.
